3. Read the Personal Information Protection Policy and select “Agree.”
4. Enter your email address (User ID), password, and required information.
5. After creating your account, log in to complete your registration.

Important Note on Payment:

• All payments must be made online before the deadline.
• We cannot accept payments after the deadline.

✽All fees must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Confirmation

✽Confirmation slips, invoices, and vouchers are not issued automatically.
✽If you require an invoice or confirmation, please go to the [Payment] page and click the “View” button under “2. Billing choice for accounting purposes”.

Receipt / Invoice

✽A receipt can be issued from this system after the event has concluded.
✽An invoice or confirmation showing the payment record can be issued at any time from the payment page.

Insurance

✽Participants are advised to arrange their own travel insurance. The Organizing Committee accepts no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft, or property damage.

Registration is required for all participants. All fees are listed in Japanese Yen (JPY).

Registration Policy

• Each accepted paper must be covered by one full (non-student) registration.
• Authors may submit papers exceeding 6 pages by paying the applicable “Additional Page” fee, which is assessed on a per-page basis.
• Student registration requires valid student identification.
• IEEE membership status will be verified during registration.
• Co-sponsoring society membership must be certified at the time of registration.
• All fees must be paid in JPY.
