2025年6月4日(水)～7日(土)に『ロボティクス・メカトロニクス講演会2025』が山形にて開催されますことを心よりお慶び申し上げます。
ご出席される皆様方の参加登録手続のご案内を、株式会社日本旅行東北山形支店にて承ることとなりましたのでご案内申し上げます。
ご案内をお読みいただき、お早めに手続きをいただきますようお願いいたします。
皆様方のお越しを心よりお待ち申し上げております。

Nippon Travel Agency Tohoku will assist you in your registration and accommodation arrangements for the Robotics and Mechatronics Conference 2025 (ROBOMECH 2025) which will be held in Yamagata, Japan, from Wednesday, June 4 to Saturday, June 7, 2025. Please read the instruction before you register. We would like to inform you the following procedures for registration and accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, and appreciate your early entries and reservations. Thank you.

■日本機械学会正員のうち博士課程学生の方は、学生員価格の適用となります。
■日本機械学会特別員(法人会員)に所属されている方には、正員価格が適用されます。オンライン登録の際は会員番号の欄に参加割引コード下4桁をご入力ください。
■事前参加受付終了後（4/18(金)17:00以降）、参加登録費用の払い戻しはいたしませんのでご了承ください。
■1アカウントにつき1名分の参加申込となります。1アカウントでの複数名の参加登録はできませんのでご了承ください。
■必ず参加者ご本人のお名前でご登録ください。

■The registration fee shown above covers participation fee, a conference digest, and the proceedings. Here is a list of Associate Society.
■Ph.D. students who are members of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers are eligible for a student discount.
■A participant who belongs to a Corporation Member of JSME can attend the conference at the Member’s rate. Please enter the last four digits of your discount code in the membership number form for online registration.
■Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable under any conditions after the end of advance registration. (after 17:00 on Fri, April 18)
■Please note that only you can register only one person per an account is allowed. Registering multiple people per an account is not allowed.
■Please make sure to register the participant's name.

■同伴者様がいらっしゃる場合、主登録者様が同伴者様分のお申込をしたうえで、
同伴者様のお名前を「robomech_2025@nta.co.jp」宛までメールにてお知らせください。
※システム上、同伴者様の懇親会申込名は主登録者様のお名前になります。

■Once we reached capacity, registration will be closed.
■We will not accept additional registration this year, please register as soon as possible.
■Banquet fees are not refundable under any conditions.
■Banquet fee for accompanying persons are the same as general participants.
■If you participate with your accompanying person, please register them and let us know accompanying person's name to the following email address

*On the system, accompanying person's name will be registered as a main registrant name.

お支払い方法は
銀行振込（公費による後払いを含む）・クレジットカード・コンビニ支払いのいずれかになります。
分割してのお支払いはできかねますのでご了承ください。

■支払い方法の詳細は左記「お支払い」のページをご確認ください。
■請求書は「お支払い」のページよりダウンロードできます。
■領収書は「領収書発行」のページよりダウンロードできます。
■公費による後払いでお支払い予定の方は、銀行振込を選択の上、お支払い予定日を「robomech_2025@nta.co.jp」宛までメールにてお知らせください。
※その他お支払い手続きに必要な書面がある場合は別途お問い合わせください。
※お支払い日が不明な場合は、一度支払いが遅れる旨をメールにてご連絡いただき、日付の目途が立ちましたら再度ご連絡ください。
■なお、当日会場にてお申込みをされる方のお支払い方法については、カード支払いのみとさせていただきます。

(登録時にご自身にて設定されたIDとパスワードが必要となります。)
