お客様の個人情報の取扱いについて

１．個人情報の取得・利用について
　お客様からお預かりした個人情報は、予め通知又は公表させていただいた目的の達成のために必要な範囲内で利用いたします。目的の範囲を超えて利用する必要が生じた場合は、その旨お客様にご連絡(通知)し、かつ同意をいただきます。
　また、お客様から個人情報をご提供いただく場合は、その利用又は提供の目的を明らかにし、お客さまの同意を得た上で取得させていただきます。なお、お客様から個人情報をご提供いただけない場合は、ご利用できないサービスがありますことを予めご了承ください。

２．個人情報の利用目的について

1. （１）当社及び当社の受託旅行業者は、ご提供いただいた個人情報について、①お客様との間の連絡のため、②旅行に関して運送・宿泊機関等のサービス手配、提供のため、③旅行に関する諸手続のため、④旅行の安全管理のため、⑤当社の旅行契約上の責任において事故時の費用等を担保する保険の手続きのため、⑥当社及び当社と提携する企業の商品やサービス、キャンペーン情報の提供、旅行に関する情報提供のため、⑦旅行参加後のご意見やご感想のお願いのため、⑧アンケートのお願いのため、⑨特典サービス提供のため、⑩統計資料作成のために利用させていただきます。
2. （２）当社は取得した購買履歴やWEBでの閲覧履歴等の情報を分析して、当社及び当社と提携する企業の商品やサービス、キャンペーン情報のご案内及び広告の表示のために利用させていただきます。

３．個人情報の第三者への提供について
　当社は、旅行に関して運送・宿泊機関等のサービス手配、提供、及び旅行に関する諸手続きの目的を達成するため、お客様の氏名、住所、電話番号、搭乗便名等を運送・宿泊機関、土産物店等(いずれも本邦及び外国を含む)に、書類又は電子データにより、提供することがあります。なお、土産物店への個人情報の提供の停止をご希望される場合は、当該するパンフレットに記載する旅行申込窓口宛にご出発の10日前までにお申し出ください。(注：10日前が土・日・祝日の場合はその前日までにお申し出ください。)

４．個人情報の委託について
　当社は、お客様からお預かりした個人情報を取扱う業務の全部又は一部を、第三者に外部委託することがあります。委託業者は一定の基準により選定し、秘密保持等の個人情報保護に関する契約を締結した上で、定期的にお客様の個人情報が安全に管理されているかの確認を行う等、委託業者に対する必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

５．外国にある第三者への個人情報の提供等について
（１）当社は、個人情報を外国にある第三者へ提供することがあります。
この場合、お客様の同意を得て、以下についてお知らせした上で、個人情報の提供を行います。
・提供先たる国又は地域
　パンフレット、旅行条件書、日程表等への記載、ウェブサイトや電子メール等の電磁的方法によりお客様にお知らせいたします。
・当該国又は地域における個人情報の保護に関する制度等
　当社ホームページの「外国にある第三者の個人情報の保護に関する情報等について」をご参照ください。
（２）当社は、個人情報を外国にある業者に委託することがあります。
委託先国又は地域及び当該国又は地域における個人情報の保護に関する制度等については、当社ホームページの「外国にある第三者の個人情報の保護に関する情報等について」をご参照ください。

６． 個人情報の共同利用について
　当社はお客様からご提供いただいた個人情報のうち、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等の連絡先を、当社・グループ会社等の営業案内、キャンペーン等のご案内のために、共同して利用させていただきます。共同利用する個人情報は、当社個人情報保護管理責任者が責任を持って管理いたします。
共同利用者の範囲は、当社ホームページの「当社グループ会社等」をご確認ください。

７．個人情報の管理について
　当社は、お客様の個人情報を常に正確かつ最新の状態で管理するよう努めると共に、以下の安全管理のための措置を講じます。

（１）基本方針の策定
・個人情報の適正な取扱いの確保のため、「関係法令・ガイドライン等の遵守」、「質問及び苦情処理の窓口」等を定めた「個人情報保護基本方針」を策定しています。
（２）個人情報の取扱いに係る規律の整備
・個人情報の取得、利用、提供、廃棄等における取扱方法、責任者・担当者及びその任務等について、個人情報の取扱規程を策定しています。
（３）組織的安全管理措置
・個人情報保護管理責任者を本社に設置するとともに、全ての事業所に個人情報保護管理者を置き、法令や規程に違反している事実やおそれを把握した場合の責任者への報告連絡体制を整備しています。
・個人情報の取扱状況について、定期的に自己点検を実施するとともに監査部による監査を実施しています。
・個人情報の取扱いを含む業務を委託する場合は、個人情報の取扱いに関する事項を契約等において定めています。
（４）人的安全管理措置
・全ての社員等に対して、個人情報の取扱いに関する教育を定期的に実施しています。
・個人情報の秘密保持に関する事項を就業規則等に記載しています。
（５）物理的安全管理措置
・社員等の入退室管理を行うとともに、個人情報が含まれる電子機器、電子媒体及び書類等の保管、管理、廃棄等に関する措置を定め、実施しています。また、盗難や紛失等を防止するための措置を講じています。
（６）技術的安全管理措置
・アクセス制御を実施して、社員等が取り扱うデータベース等の範囲を限定しています。
・個人情報を取り扱う情報システムを外部からの不正アクセス又は不正ソフトウェアから保護する仕組みを導入するとともに、個人情報を含む通信に必要な情報（７）漏洩等の措置を実施しています。
外的環境の把握
・外国へ個人情報を提供する場合は、当該国の個人情報の保護に関する制度等を把握した上で、必要な安全管理措置を講じています。

８．お客様からの問い合わせについて
　当社が保有するお客様の個人データ(開示対象個人情報)の利用目的の通知、開示、その内容の訂正、追加、若しくは削除、その利用の停止等、又は第三者への提供の停止をご希望の方は、必要となる手続きについてご案内いたしますので、次のお問合わせ窓口までお申し出ください。その際、法令及び当社内規に従い、遅滞なく必要な措置を取らせていただきます。また、ご希望の全部又は一部に応じられない場合はその理由をご説明いたします。

９．ホームページのセキュリティについて
　当社ホームページにおいて個人情報を送受信する際は、「ＳＳＬ」(※１)と呼ばれる暗号化通信を採用しております。さらに、「ファイア・ウォール」(※２)を設けて不正アクセスを防止しており、ご登録いただいた個人情報が外部に漏れることのないよう、情報の管理・保護に努めております。
※1「ＳＳＬ(Secure Socket Layer)」は、インターネット上で情報を暗号化し送受信する技術です。
※2「ファイア・ウォール」は、コンピュータネットワークへの不正侵入を防ぐシステムです。

１０．個人関連情報の取得・利用について
　当社ホームページでは、お客様に一層便利にご利用いただくため、一部サイトで個人関連情報(Cookie等)を使用しております。なお、お客様のご利用のブラウザが「Cookie」の機能を制限している場合は、一部のサービスがご利用になれないことがあります。

１１．ホームページの準拠法について
　当社ホームページは、法律の異なる全世界の国々からアクセスすることが可能ですが、当社ホームページのご利用に関しては、日本国の法律が適用されるものといたします。従いまして、当社ホームページ上の掲載物が違法となる地域からのアクセスは禁止いたします。

１２．管轄裁判所について
　個人情報の取扱いに関する紛議が生じ仲裁及び訴訟にて解決する場合は、東京簡易裁判所又は東京地方裁判所を第一審の管轄裁判所といたします。

１３.改正について
　本文書は、2023年4月24日に更新いたしました。当社は、お客様の個人情報保護の徹底を図るため、又は法令その他の規範の変更に対応するために、個人情報保護基本方針を改正することがあります。

Customers' Personal Information Protection Policy

1. Collection and use of personal information
Personal information obtained from customers shall be limited to what is necessary to fulfill the use purpose we declare and specify to customers beforehand. In the case we need to use this information beyond the specified purpose, we will inform (notify) customers of the facts and ask for agreement.
We collect Customers' personal information upon obtaining their agreement after clearly specifying the purpose of use and the reasons for requesting such information. In the case a customer does not agree to provide personal information, please understand that some of our services will not be available.

2. Purpose of use personal information
Our company and our commissioned travel agents will use personal information obtained from customers for the following purposes.

(1)Contacting customers
(2)Arranging and providing transportation or accommodation services for Customers' traveling
(3)Necessary procedures related to Customers' traveling
(4)Arranging for the insurance as a pledge for any damage caused by an accident within our responsibility specified in our travel contract
(5)Providing information on products, services, or campaigns of our company and affiliated companies, and for offering travel information
(6)Requesting from customers comment and feedback on the tour they have joined
(7)Requesting customers to fill out a questionnaire
(8)Providing services with special benefits
(9)Compiling statistical data of our services

3. Disclosure or provision of personal information to third parties
We may provide Customers' personal information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, and flight numbers to transportation or accommodation facilities, or souvenir shops in print or as electronic data to fulfill the purpose of arranging and providing transportation or accommodation services or completing other travel-related procedures. If a customer wishes to stop the provision of the personal information to souvenir shops, please contact the travel agency listed in the brochure that has arranged the tour at least 10 days prior to the departure date. (In the case when such date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, please contact the agency by 11 days prior to the departure date.)

4. Management of personal information
We will strive to ensure that Customers' personal information is up-to-date and accurate as well as to take the following measures for its safe and secure management.

We will take preventive measures and corrective measures against any unauthorized access to Customers' personal information, leakage, loss, or malicious destruction of data.
We will conduct necessary education and supervision for our employees regarding protection and appropriate handling of Customers' personal information.
In the case of outsourcing some of our operations to subcontractors, we will enter into contract with them for safe management of personal information protection. We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over subcontractors to make sure that Customers' personal information is safely and securely managed.
We conduct regular checks to assess the Management System (our company's personal information protection measures) and to improve safety precaution.

5.　Special Conditions for Members Resided in EU (Member State of EU, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. The same shall apply hereinafter.)
We shall appropriately maintain and control the registration information given by Members, and shall comply with the Personal Information Privacy Policies set forth by us, and laws and regulations applicable to the Service.
We shall designate one or more data protection officer(s), who ensures that the provisions of the laws and regulations applicable to the Service are applies and advised us on fulfilling its obligations regarding protection of Members personal information.

5.1 Purpose of Use
In application for the booking, we shall collect the following personal information from Members:
(i) Name;
(ii) Email address;
(iii) Contact information, such as address and telephone number; and
We shall use Members personal information for the purpose of correspondence with Members, arrangement for the Service Members applied for, and provide the Service. For more details, please refer to the Article 2 hereof.

5.2 Non-Disclosure
We shall not disclose, divulge nor transfer to any third party the registration information given by the Members through the process of Services, unless specified for the provision of the Article 5.3 below.

5.3 Derogations for Specific Situation
The Members information may be disclosed or transferred to any third party:
(i) When the Member has explicitly consented to the proposed transfer, after having been informed of the possible risks of such transfers for the Members due to the absence of an appropriate safeguards;
(ii) When the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract between the Member and us or the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at the Member's request;
(iii) When the transfer is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded in the interest of the Member between the controller and another natural or legal person;
(iv) When the transfer is necessary for important reasons of public interest;
(v) When the transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims; or
(vi) When the transfer is necessary in order to protect the vital interests of the Member or of other persons, where the Member is physically or legally incapable of giving consent.

5.4 Period of Keeping the Personal Information
Members personal information shall be kept during two years from booking of the Service, and after that we shall delete or destroy appropriately.

5.5 Statistics
The Members information may be disclosed or transferred to a third party when we discloses statistical personal information (exclusive of information that could identify an individual) gathered in order to conduct an analysis of the Services. In case the Member do not agree to the disclosure for such purpose, please contact to our officer provided in the Article 6 below.

5.6 Safeguarding Information
Collected personal information may be stored on a computer of the external subcontractor acting as processor, who has to guarantee the data protection and confidentiality in accordance with our privacy policy, applicable laws and regulations.

6. Inquiries concerning personal information
In the case of requesting confirmation, notification or disclosure of use purpose of Customers' personal information (any and all information pertaining to any Customers' name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc. by which such customer can be identified) that we possess, its correction, supplementation, deletion, or suspension of use or suspension of provision to a third party, please contact the following contact points. Necessary guidance for procedures will be provided. We take necessary action without delay in accordance with relevant laws and our company regulations. In the case that we are unable to meet all or some of Customers' requests, we will provide the reasons.

(1) For making a request for notification of use purpose of personal information, correction, supplementation, or deletion of data, please contact the travel agency that has arranged your tour (our branch offices and affiliated agencies).

7. Security of our website
We are committed to ensuring that personal information of our customers registered to our website is appropriately managed and protected from any leakage. We employ encryption technology called SSL (*1) so that personal information transmitted through our website is secured and protected. We also prevent any unauthorized access to our site by using specialized technology called a firewall (*2).

8. Use of cookies on our website
We use a technology called "cookie" (*3) on some pages of our website so that our customers can more conveniently use our website. Use of cookies can be limited or refused by changing the settings on your web browser. However, please understand that a refusal to accept cookies may prevent the use of some of the services on our website.

*3 Cookie is a technology by which web server can track and record information about which computer visited which pages in the website.

9. Applicable laws of our website
Our website can be accessed from countries all over the world which may have different laws and regulations. However, the use of our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Japanese laws and regulations. Therefore, no access shall be allowed to our site from countries and regions where any content of our site violates the respective laws and regulations of such countries or regions.

10. Court of jurisdiction
Any dispute over the handling of personal information that needs to be resolved by arbitration or judicial action shall be submitted to Tokyo Summary Court or Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

11. Revision
This document was revised on January 1, 2017. Our Basic Privacy Policy may be modified in order to maintain and improve our handling of Customers' personal information and to comply with any changes in the relevant laws and regulations.
