Payment Due Dates

Payment method:

*On-line Payment (Payable by Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB or American Express)
Only online payment is available through the 'Payment' page.
Please click the 'Payment' icon and process your payment following the instruction.

*In case your online payment is not successful, please make an inquire at your credit card company.
(It sometimes happens that a card company puts restrictions on a credit card especially for usage in a foreign country.)

*Please be sure to put the SECURITY CODE of your credit card.
It is a 3- to 5-digit number printed after the CARD NUMBER on the reverse side of your credit card.

Refund
The refund of accomodations will be made in accordance with Reservation and Cancellation Policy.
It will be issued to your credit card within one month after the conference and completed within a few months.
