1. Reservation period

2. Booking conditions

◆Booking available dates
Wednesday, 10 November - Sunday, 15 November *6 nights

◆Accommodation Rates
・Per person, per night, including breakfast
(service charge, consumption tax and accommodation tax included)
・Regular Check-in time: 15:00, and Check-out time: 11:00
　（Surcharge will be added to Early Check-in and/ or Late Check-out services.)
・For your Late Check-out service request on 14 Nov. (Race Day only),
additional full 1 night charge will be added.

◆About payment
  • ・Payments need to be completed in advance using online system.
(Credit card only)
  • ・Please take note that payments can NOT be made upon check out at the front desk.

    • ・The number of rooms is limited, so we may not be able to meet your request.
    • ・Please note that breakfast is non-refundable even if you do not require it.
    • ・Please pay for any additional food and beverages and other expenses at your own expense upon checkout.

    3. Airport transfer

    * Transportation support
    Free shuttles are available only between the OFFICIAL Hotels(Hote Merieges and Miyazaki Mango Hotel) and Miyazaki airport.
    Shuttle service will be available only from Wednesday, 11 November to Monday, 16 November by advance reservation. ==> Deadline: Thursday, 29 October, 2026
    For reservations, please find the Request Form attached and send it back to us after filling it out duly.
    If you are staying at a different hotel, please arrange your own airport transfer.

    *Pick-up and drop-off services will NOT BE PROVIDED to hotels other than the official hotels.
    *No transportation will be provided between the hotel and the race venue, or between the hotel and the training pool.
