How to Get your User ID / Password
1. Click [NEW USER] in the upper left corner of the screen and read the instructions.
2. Click [LOGIN] and then click [Registration for New User] on the next page.
Please review our personal information protection policy. You will need to agree to our policy before proceeding. After selecting "Agree," you will proceed to the [Personal Information] page to register your user ID (email address), password, and other details.
3. After completing the form, you can log in with your email address and password to register or apply online.
* All payments must be settled online by the due date.
* If you need an invoice or confirmation, please go to the [Payment] page and click the “View” button under “2. Billing choice for accounting purposes”.
