Any meals or transportation costs not mentioned in the itinerary and all personal expenses incurred during the tour must be paid by the participant.

Arrival Guide:
Please provide your name to the staff at the meeting point before boarding the bus. We will depart exactly as scheduled so we kindly ask for your cooperation in being punctual.

・The price we show is for travel fee of one adult (Tax is included.). We do not have price for children.
・If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required we may cancel the tour. In such cases we will notify you at least 3 days prior to the departure date and provide a full refund of your payment.
・During this tour, if natural disasters, wars, riots, suspension of services rendered by transportation/accommodation facilities, governmental orders or other reasons beyond the Company's control happen, they become impossible to carry out the trip safely and smoothly or the tour may be cancelled if there is a strong possibility that the tour will be impossible. We do not guarantee transportation fees from your home to the departure/arrival point, cancellation charges of accommodation etc. due to cancellation of the tour.
