Payment
Please pay within 7 days after your registration.

Receipt Issuance
Please issue your receipt via the "Receipt Issuance" link on the left.
The site will be permanently closed on March 31, 2027. Kindly complete your download before then.

Excursion
Please provide your name to the staff at the meeting point and board the bus.
The bus will leave exactly at the scheduled time. We kindly ask all participants to be punctual."

Accommodation
No tour guide included. Please check in by yourself.
Give your name to the front desk staff at the hotel.

Cancellation is possible upon payment of the fees shown in the table. The effective date of cancellation depends on our office business hours at the time of your request. Cancellation charges will be billed to you individually by our company.
