How to Get your User ID / Password
1. Click [NEW USER] in the upper left corner of the screen and read the instructions.
2. Click [LOGIN] and click [Registration for New User] on the next page.
Please review our policy for protecting your personal information. You will have to agree to our policy before proceeding. After you select "Agree," you will see the next page [Personal Information] for registering your user ID (email address), password and other details.
3. After you complete the form, you can log in with your email address and password to make online registration or application.
*All the payment is required to be settled online by the due date.
Please note that we do not accept your payment after the deadline.
*A confirmation slip, invoice or coupon will not be automatically sent.
*If you need invoice or confirmation, please go to the [Payment] page and click the “View” button under “2. Billing choice for accounting purposes”.
