2026年06月28日(日)～07月01日(水)に『ロボティクス・メカトロニクス講演会2026』が福岡にて開催されますことを心よりお慶び申し上げます。
ご出席される皆様方の宿泊予約手続のご案内を、株式会社日本旅行九州法人営業部にて承ることとなりましたのでご案内申し上げます。
ご案内をお読みいただき、お早めに手続きをいただきますようお願いいたします。

We are pleased to announce that the Robotics and Mechatronics Conference 2026 (ROBOMECH 2026) will be held in Fukuoka from Sunday, June 28 to Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) Kyushu Corporate Sales Department has been appointed to handle the accommodation arrangements for all participants. We invite you to review the following procedures and complete your booking at your earliest convenience. We look forward to welcoming you to Fukuoka.

ご利用方法のご案内（User Guide）

○本サイトをご利用いただくにあたり、下記をご一読の上、登録・予約を行ってください。
　参加登録・情報交換会・お弁当の申し込みサイトで登録済みの方は同じメールアドレスと
　パスワードでログイン可能です。お申込みの流れ 2. 以降よりお手続きください。

【お申込みの流れ】
1.　画面左上のはじめての方へよりを行ってください。
　　※確認のメールが届きます。こちらは参加登録の完了メールではありません。
2. 「宿泊予約」を行ってください。
3.　宿泊予約いただいた場合、数分以内に宿泊予約(受付)メールが届きます。
4.　登録後は「予約確認・変更」ページから登録内容の変更が可能です。
　　※ご請求金額が0円になっている場合、各予約申込は完了していません。

※【05月23日】以降は、当サイトでの申し込み内容の変更・取消はできかねます。
　上記お日にち以降の変更・取消をご希望の方は、メール（jsme_2026@nta.co.jp）まで
　ご連絡ください。
　なお、行き違いを避けるため、お電話での変更・取消の受付はいたしかねます。
※取消料については、下記「宿泊予約のご案内」をご確認ください。

　Note for Registered Participants: If you have already created an account on the
　Conference Registration site (for registration, banquet, or lunch boxes), you can loga in
　using the same email address and password. Please proceed directly from Step 2 below.

【Booking Process】
1. Please register as a new user by clicking on in the upper left
　corner of the screen.
　*You will receive a confirmation email. This is not a registration completion email.
2. Accommodation Booking: Log in and complete your Accommodations booking.
3. Confirmation: You will receive a hotel reservation confirmation email within a few minutes of
　booking.
4. After registering, you can change your registration details on the "Reservation
　 Confirmation/Change "page.
　*If the billing amount is 0 yen, your reservation application has not been
　 completed.

※For any changes after May 23, please contact the secretariat via email at (jsme_2026@nta.co.jp).
　To ensure accuracy and maintain a record of changes, we cannot accept modifications or cancellations over the phone.
*For information on cancellation fees, please refer to the "Accommodation Reservation Information" below.

宿泊予約のご案内（Accommodations）

1）締切日について
○お申込み締切日：2026年05月22日(金)
○お支払い締切日：2026年05月22日(金)

2）宿泊費について
■お一人様当たりの1泊朝食付き（サービス料、消費税、宿泊税込）の料金です。
■支払い期日までに弊社へのお支払いが必要です。
　ホテルのフロント等でのお支払はできません。

3）取消料について
旅行開始日の前日から起算してさかのぼって

旅行開始後の解除又は無連絡不参加
(Cancellation without any notice)		 （旅行代金の）100％
(100% of the total charge)

取消日はお客さまが運営事務局（日本旅行内）の営業日及び営業時間内に解除する旨をお申し出いただいた時を基準とします。金曜日（休前日含む）の17時30分以降に取消連絡の場合、翌週の次営業日が取消日となります。予めご了承ください。

4）注意事項について
■ホテルの確保客室数には限りがありますので、ご希望に添えない場合もございます。
■朝食不要の場合でも払戻しはできませんのでご了承ください。
■飲食の追加及び個人的性質の諸費用等は各自施設にてご精算ください。

2）Accommodation fee
■Per person, per night, including breakfast
　(service charge, consumption tax and accommodation tax included).
■Please take note that payments can NOT be made upon check-out at the front desk.

3）Cancellation fee
“Cancellation" date means the date you informed Nippon Travel Agency of the cancellation, during operating hours.Cancellation after 17:30 on Friday is considered as being requested on the next Monday.

4）Precautions
■As the number of hotel rooms available is limited, we may not be able to accommodate
　your request.
■Please note that refunds will not be given even if you do not require breakfast.
■Additional food and drink expenses and other personal expenses must be paid at the facility.

お支払いについて (Payment)

お支払い方法は、銀行振込（公費による後払いを含む）・クレジットカード・コンビニ支払いのいずれかになります。
分割でのお支払いは承っておりませんので、ご了承ください。

■支払い方法の詳細は左記「お支払い」のページをご確認ください。
■請求書は「お支払い」のページよりダウンロードできます。
■公費による後払いでお支払い予定の方は、銀行振込を選択の上、お支払い予定日を
　「jsme_2026@nta.co.jp」宛までメールにてお知らせください。
　※その他お支払い手続きに必要な書面がある場合は別途お問い合わせください。
　※お支払い日が不明な場合は、一度支払いが遅れる旨をメールにてご連絡いただき、日付の
　　目途が立ちましたら再度ご連絡ください。
■なお、当日会場にてお申込みをされる方のお支払い方法については、カード支払いのみとさせ
　ていただきます。

You can pay by bank transfer or credit card or convenience store payment.
If you are outside of Japan, only credit card is available.
Please note you cannot pay in installments.

■To make sure about the detail of payment process, please check "お支払い (payment)" on the
　left side.
■You can download the invoice on the "Payment" page.
■If you would like to pay later by public expense, please select bank transfer and let us know
　your payment date to the following email address "jsme_2026@nta.co.jp".
　*Please let us know if any other documents are required for payment procedures.
　*If you are unsure of the payment date, please contact us once by e-mail to inform us that
　 the payment will be delayed, and contact us again when you have a date in mind.
■In addition, only credit card payment is available if you register and make a payment in the
　conference venue on that day.

領収書について（Payment Receipt）

宿泊費の領収書は本講演会終了後、領収書発行ページがオープンし、本サイトにて領収書発行が可能になります。
領収書発行期間：07月2日(木) 10:00 ～ 08月14日(金) 23:59

　クレジットカード決済 または 銀行振込 (※注1) にてご入金いただきましたお客様は、
「領収書発行」ページより、お客様ご自身で宿泊領収書を発行していただけます。
※コンビニ決済の場合、コンビニ決済時に領収書が発行されます。

(※注1)銀行振込は、「お支払い」ページにて銀行振込選択後に自動送信される、「決済方法のご連絡」メール内に記載の口座にお振込みの場合に限ります。

Receipts for accommodation fees will be available on this website from 10:00 AM on Thursday, July 2nd to 23:59 PM on Friday, August 14th (JST) after the conference.

Guests who pay by credit card or bank transfer (Note 1)can issue their own receipt for their stay by visiting the "Receipt Issuance" page.
*A receipt will be issued at the convenience store when you complete the payment.

(Note 1) Bank transfers are only accepted if the payment is to the account listed in the "Payment Method Notification" email, which is automatically sent after selecting bank transfer on the "Payment" page.

注意事項について（Attention）

1）登録確認メール
■新規利用登録が完了した時点で確認のメールが流れます。
　こちらは新規利用登録の完了メールとなります。(参加登録等の完了メールではありません。)
■参加登録等が完了すると数分以内に受付番号が入った確認メールが届きます。
　メールが届かない場合は下記をご確認ください。
　メールが届かない理由としては、以下の要因が想定がされます。

＊メールボックスが一杯になっている
＊迷惑メールに対するセキュリティレベルが高すぎる
＊ご登録のメールアドレスが正しく入力されていない
＊@nta.co.jpのドメイン受信設定をお願いします。


２）その他
■参加登録をいただいた方へのご連絡は、原則、全てご登録いただいたメールアドレスへの
　連絡となります。必ず確認メールが届いていることをお確かめください。
■メールは定期的にチェックしてください。
■新規利用登録後にメールアドレスを変更された場合は、必ず本サイトの個人情報編集で変更
　をお願いいたします。
■登録確認メールが届かない場合は、必ずロボティクス・メカトロニクス講演会2026デスク
　（日本旅行内）までメールにてご連絡ください。
　なおメールをお受取りにならなかったとことよって発生したトラブル等に関しては、弊社は
　一切の責任を負いかねます。予めご了承ください。

1) Registration Confirmation Email

　This is the new user registration completion email.
　 (It is not a participation registration completion email.)
■ Once participation registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your
　registration number within a few minutes.
　If you do not receive this email, please check the following.
　The following are possible reasons why you may not have received the email:

＊Your mailbox is full.
＊Your spam protection level is too high.
＊Your registered email address was entered incorrectly.
＊Please adjust your settings to receive emails from the @nta.co.jp domain.


2) Other
■ As a general rule, all communication with registered participants will be sent to the email
　address they provided.
　Please make sure you have received a confirmation email.
■ Please check your email regularly.
■If you change your email address after registering, please be sure to update it by editing your
　personal information on this website.
■If you do not receive a registration confirmation email, please be sure to contact the Robotics
　& Mechatronics Symposium 2026 Desk (in Nihon Travel Agency) by email.
　Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any problems that arise as a result of not
　receiving this email.
