ISNAC2026 will be held at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology Graduate University on November 18 - 20, 2026.

This registration and payment system is operated by Nippon Travel Agency Okinawa Co., LTD. under commission from the Secretariat ISNAC2026. Nippon Travel Agency Okinawa Co., LTD. is responsible for handling participant registration, accommodation booking, and payment processing.

●Registration fee includes the membership fee for Japan Society of Nucleic Acids Chemistry (JSNAC).
●Student ID is required for student registration.
●Recommended students (by professors who will apply for JSNAC membership) are exempt from paying the annual fee (JPY1,000).

海外からの事前参加登録のお支払はクレジットカード決済のみとなります。
国内からの事前参加登録のお支払はクレジットカード決済、銀行振込が可能となります。

Cancellation policy

Registration
On or before October 16 (Fri), 2026:
Full refund minus 1,000 JPY for administration fee.

On or after October 17 (Sat), 2026:
No refunds will be issued.

Accommodation

The below cancellation policy applies only to this plan.
Cancellation days are defined as the day on which Nippon Travel Agency first receives the cancellation request during business hours.

Please send a scanned copy of your student ID by E-mail to isnac2026@oist.jp along with your registration number. Without this verification, you will be charged the "Regular Participant" fee.
