Invitation Letter For Visa
The Support Desk will prepare a letter of invitation upon request. Please read the following instructions carefully. We recommend you to plan ahead since both the delivery of original letter and visa processing time at the Japanese Embassy/Consulate may require some time.
1. Please register and make the payment first before requesting us to issue the invitation letter. We will prepare an invitation letter only after we confirm the payment.
2. Once you make the payment, please provide us with the followings by email;
a) A copy of the passport page with your photo in PDF, Word, or Excel with a password.
※Take a photo of the passport page with your mobile, save it as PDF or insert it in Word or Excel as photo, save it with a password of iogkf.
※We do not accept the link of the passport copy.
b) The official name of Japanese Embassy/Consulate with jurisdiction over your residential area
(e.g. Embassy of Japan in Italy, Consulate-General of Japan in Milano)
c) Your occupation, which will be shown on the letter.
d) Accurate mailing address and phone number to send you the original invitation letter.
3. We will send you the invitation letter in PDF by email and arrange the delivery of the original letter by EMS to your registered affiliation address in the personal information acount. Please make sure to enter your address and phone number accurately for mailing purpose.
4. When you receive the original letter, please ensure that you have all the necessary documents by checking the home page of the Embassy/Consulate or by calling them prior to your visit to them.
Please note that all the forms we use are official format provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

■Please make sure to register first because we receive inquiry phone calls from Japanese Embassy and Consulate overseas if the visa applicants are registered for the event or not. Therefore, it is IMPORTANT for you to follow our instructions.
