・Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will be closed once seats are filled. We are unable to accept waitlists.
・After the application deadline, the status of the tour will be confirmed and announced in early September.
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour will be canceled, and we may offer you another confirmed tour if available. In that case, the difference of tour fee will be charged or refunded.
If the tour proceeds, the final itinerary will be sent via email in late September.

・Payment for the tour cannot be made on the day of the trip. Please be sure to complete your payment in advance through this webpage.
・Due to traffic conditions or other circumstances, there may be delays in the itinerary or changes to the route. In addiion, the inspection sites may be altered because of weather or on‑site conditions. We kindly ask for your understanding in advance.
・The tour prices listed below are per adult. For prices for children or infants, please contact us via email.
・Please note that some photos on our website were taken during the autumn foliage season, and the scenery may differ from what you see during the excursion.
・We would recommend preparing your own rain gear in case of rainy weather.
・Since there is a possibility of snowfall in Hokkaido at that time, please prepare appropriate cold-weather clothing.
