Scope of Visa Support

Nippon Travel Agency (NTA), acting on behalf of the ICCAIS 2026 organizing committee, provides assistance solely for the preparation of the official supporting documents required for your visa application. Please note that NTA cannot apply for the visa on your behalf.

NTA can assist in issuing the following documents for a handling fee:

  • Letter of Reason for Invitation
  • Letter of Guarantee
  • Schedule of Stay (Itinerary during the conference)
  • List of Visa Applicants
Important Notice & ResponsibilityIt is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit these documents to the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate and complete the visa application process. NTA cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
