How to make your hotel reservation
STEP 1．Login
Click on the "LOGIN" button at the upper left and enter the same email address and password with your GCCE2026 registration. Then click "Next".

STEP 2．Hotel Reservation
To make a hotel reservation, please proceed from the "Accommodations" button on the left. When your reservation is successfully completed, you will receive an email titled "Accommodations (New Reservation)".

* The travel fee includes breakfast, service charge and tax.
* All hotel rooms will have bathtubs and restrooms.

Single (Non-smoking), Twin (Non-smoking)

Hotel Pearl City Kobe is currently under renovation (including guest rooms) toward completion in summer/autumn 2026.
Please be advised that all rooms are planned to become fully non-smoking after the renovation.
However, due to possible construction delays, some rooms may still be designated as smoking (deodorizing treatment available).

(We will not send you a voucher.)
* There is no wait-list.
