Application flow

STEP 1．Sign UP

②Click [LOGIN] and click [Registration for New User] on the next page.
Please review our Customers' Personal Information Protection Policy. You will have to agree to our policy before proceeding. After you select "Agree," you will move to the next page [Personal Information] to register your user ID (email address), password and other details.
③ After completing the form, you can log in with your email address and password to make a registration.

To register for the symposium, please apply by clicking the "Registration" button.
Please confirm that you have received the "Registration(New Reservation)" email.

Please complete the payment procedure from the "Payment" button.
All the payment is required to be settled online by the due date.
Please note that payments after the deadline will not be accepted,
no refund is made when canceled after Tuesday, 14 January 2025 15:00 JST (UTC+9).

[Fugaku Tour]
Fugaku tour at RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS) are open for the symposium participants.

Note: Please note that the participants can look at Fugaku through the glass at the visitors room, but cannot enter the computer room.

・Time: From 9:00 to 9:30 am
・Venue: R-CCS Entrance
・Tour Fee: Free
・Reservation Due Date: Wednesday, 8 January 2025 15:00 JST (UTC+9)

Only the first 70 people will be accepted due to space limitations.

※If the number of participants reaches 70 before the deadline, the tour reservation
 will be closed.

・Reception Fee: 6,000 JPY for one person
