The Asian Pacific Society of Dialysis Access is a multidisciplinary society, joining nephrologists, surgeons, interventional radiologists, dialysis nurses and many other specialties with a special interest in all issues concerning Asian pacific society of dialysis access for dialysis access management. APSDA organizes international congresses and multidisciplinary courses every year in one of the major cities of Asian Pacific region.

✽ Membership registration is completed once the payment is received.
✽ Membership fee is non-refundable.
✽ Please make a payment for the Membership fee by JPY(Japanese yen).
✽ Please convert dollars into yen. The exchange rate is 110yen from 1JAN20～31DEC20.
✽ All participants in the annual congress of the APSDA will be granted active membership for 1 year.
✽ In case of the annual membership, the membership period runs from January to December every year, and it is necessary to renew the dues every year to maintain the APSDA membership.

| Active membership The active membership shall be made up of physicians, surgeons, radiologists or scientists holding a doctoral degree, who have scientific or clinical interest in dialysis access. Active members shall be eligible to serve on committees, and vote for the election of council members. The lifetime fee for active membership shall be 100 US dollars. (50 US dollars for members from low-income countries) The annual dues for associate membership shall be 20 US dollars. | 100 USD (11,000 JPY) ※Lifetime fee |

| Associate membership The associate membership shall be made up of nurses, physician assistants, technologists, dialysis technicians, medical engineers, and other clinical personnel related to dialysis access care. Associate members shall not be eligible to vote for the election of council members, but, shall be eligible to serve on committees. The lifetime fee for associate membership shall be 50 US dollars. (25 US dollars for members from low-income countries). The annual dues for associate membership shall be 10 US dollars. | 50 USD (5,500 JPY) ※Lifetime fee |

| Members-in-training The members-in-training shall be made up of fellows, residents, and medical students. They shall not be eligible to vote for the election of council members, but, shall be eligible to serve on committees. The annual dues for members-in-training shall be Free. | Free |
| Supporting membership The supporting membership shall be made up industry representatives. Supporting members shall not be eligible to vote for the election of council members, but, shall be eligible to serve on committees. The annual dues for supporting membership shall be Free. | Free |
