1. Reservation period

・Payment deadline　 : Thrusday, 16 October,2025 *JST

2. Booking conditions

◆Booking available dates
Wednesday, 5 November - Sunday, 9 November *5 nights

◆Accommodation Rates
・Per person, per night, including breakfast
(service charge, consumption tax and accommodation tax included)
・Regular Check-in time: 15:00, and Check-out time: 10:00
　（Surcharge will be added to Early Check-in and/ or Late Check-out services.)
・For your Late Check-out service request on 9 Nov. (Race Day only),
additional full 1 night charge will be added.

◆About payment
  • ・Payments need to be completed in advance using online system.
(Credit card only)
  • ・Please take note that payments can NOT be made upon check out at the front desk.

    • ・The number of rooms is limited, so we may not be able to meet your request.
    • ・Please note that breakfast is non-refundable even if you do not require it.
    • ・Please pay for any additional food and beverages and other expenses at your own expense upon checkout.

    3. Airport transfer

    * Transportation support
    Free shuttles are only available from the OFFICIAL Hotels(Phoenix Seagaia Resort, Hote Merieges ,and Mango Hotel) and Miyazaki airport.
    Shuttle service will be available only from Wednesday, November 5 to Monday, November 10 by advance reservation.
    For reservations, please find the Request Form attached and send it back to us after filling it out duly.
    If you are staying at a different hotel, please make your own transportation arrangements for airport transfers.
