①Registration and Tour Application
After registering personal information, the tour application can be realized.
①Click [NEW USER] in the upper left corner of the screen and read the instructions.
②Click [LOGIN] and click [Registration for New User] on the next page.
Please review our policy for protecting your personal information. You will have to agree to our policy before proceeding. After you select "Agree," you will see the next page [Personal Information] for registering your user ID (email address), password and other details.
③ After you complete the form, you can log in with your email address and password to make online registration or application.
* Please note that the tour reservation is not complete only with [Registration for New User]. Please apply for tour from [Tours] in the left part of the screen.
②Payment
Please realize the payment after applying tour.
①Please click the [Payment] icon on the left and follow the instructions to process your payment.
②The payment should be realized within 3 days after the reservation.
（In case you apply 3 days prior to the deadline, you should pay by 18:00 on the deadline date(Japan Time).
③Reservation acceptance/Cancellation
①We will accept the tour reservation by 30 Sep(Japan time).
②* You may be charged a fee depending on when you cancel your reservation. The following table lists the relevant fees and dates.
* “Cancellation date” is the date we, Nippon Travel Agency, receive your cancellation notice. If you send us your notice while our office is closed, it will be received on the next business day.

①We will send you the final confirmation by e-mail at least 7 days before the tour date. If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us.
②The emergency contact number for the day will be announced in the final confirmation.
