Cancellation policy
If you cancel your registration by 23:59 Dec. 31 [JST=UTC+9], the registration fees will be refunded but the commission charges (JPY2,000) will be applied. From Jan.. 1, there is no refund for cancellation. The date and time of the cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30-17:30 [JST=UTC+9] except national holidays (Oct. 14, and Nov. 4)).
After working hours, cancellation will be processed on the next working day, which may incur charges.
Before Dec. 31 No charge (*Commission fee of JPY2,000 will be deducted.) On or after Jan. 1 100% of the fee/NO REFUND
*Refund Refunds will be made before or after the conference upon deducting bank transfer fee, and/or credit card service charges and the cancellation penalties.
If payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the same credit card. If payment was made by bank transfer, please inform us of your bank account by email.
Notice: Refund of your payment will not be conducted automatically. If refund occurs due to the change or cancellation of your registration, please contact Kenj Araki (araki.kenji.j4@cc.miyazaki-u.ac.jp) with your name and registration No..
Due to the system setting, only full-amount refund is available. If any partial refund should be made for change and/or cancellation, the registration desk will firstly make a full-amount of refund to the registered credit card and charge the amount after deducting change or cancellation penalty.
