OTARU USHIO Festival experience tour 2025

Before making a tour reservation, you will need to register your personal information.
STEP 1：Registration as a new user

For making a reservation for the first time, press the buttonNEW USER, and select "Registration as a new user".
After confirming "Personal Information Protection Policy", if you agree, select "Agree" and proceed to the Personal Information Registration screen to register the personal information of the representative (person responsible for the application).
*Please note that although a confirmation e-mail will be sent upon completion of the new registration, it does not mean that the reservation has been completed.

STEP 2：Login（sign-in）
The representative who has registered personal information can login to the system at any time using ID (e-mail address) and a password you have set.

STEP 3：Tour reservation
After login,Tour reservation will be available.
Once the application has completed, a confirmation e-mail will be automatically sent.
＊If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check as your reservation may have not been completely completed or if your email address may be incorrect.

STEP 4：Confirmation, change or cancellation of reservations
After login,you can confirm, change, or cancel past reservations on the Confirm/Changepage.

STEP 5：Payment
You can check your charge and payment method on the Paymentpage.

STEP ６：Receipt Issuance
You can issue receipts for tours on Receipt Issuancepage.

＊Please be sure to inform us if you may need any special consideration measures, or support that is not included in tour.(Please let us know if you have difficulty with your knees or need special consideration as the seats for dining are on tatami mats.)

Cancellation Policy:
■1day Course
Beforre 11 days prior to departure : free of charge
8 to 10 days prior to departure: 20% of tour fee
2 to 7 days prior to departure : 30% of the tour fee
the day prior to the departure : 40% of tour fee
on the tour day, before the departure: 50% of tour fee
after the departure or not showing without any contact: FULL charge of the tour fee

■1night 2days Course
Before 21 days prior to departure : free of charge
20 to 9 days prior to departure: 20% of tour fee
8 to 2 days prior to departure : 30% of the tour fee
the day prior to the departure : 40% of tour fee
on the tour day, before the departure: 50% of tour fee
after the departure or not showing without any contact: FULL charge of the tour fee

*The date of cancellation will be based on the date when the customer notifies us to cancel during our business days and hours.
*The cancellation policy above will be applied during business hours , from Monday through Friday , 10:30-16:30 Japan time.
*Cancellation fee will be charged by our company.

Refunds will be made to your credit card.

Refund date:
In case of canceling the travel before the departure, we will refund within 15 days from the day after the date of cancellation.
In case of tour fee reduction or canceling the travel after its departure, we will refund within 30 days from the day after the last day of the tour.
