- Rates are per person and include breakfast for one night (tax and service charge included).
- All hotel rooms will have bathtubs and restrooms.
- Breakfast will be served at the dining venue within the hotel.

Single (Single occupancy)
Twin (Single or Double occupancy)
Superior (Single or Double occupancy)
*Please note that the assignment of Non-Smoking or Smoking rooms at “The Westin Sendai” will be determined by the hotel on the day of your arrival. We will submit a request to the hotel for room deodorization if a smoking room is assigned to you.
*Please note that the twin rooms at “Hotel Metropolitan Sendai” are only available as smoking rooms. If you prefer a non-smoking environment please enter your request in the inquiry field so that we can ask the hotel to provide room deodorization. - Please note there will be no guides; guests will be expected to check in/out, etc. on their own. During check in, guests’ full names will be asked for at the front desk.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your travel contract at any time by paying the cancellation fee specified in the table below. The cancellation date is defined as the time when you notify the office where you applied during its standard business hours. Requests received outside of these business hours will be processed on the next business day.
