How to create your account

Step 1: Create your personal account

1. If you are using this service for the first time, please proceed to the "New User" section and click "Registration for New Users"  displayed on the next page. 2. Please read "Customers' Personal Information Protection Policy" carefully before proceeding to the next stage. 3. Enter the necessary information in blanks before completing the account registration.4. After entering, please proceed to the confirmation screen and click the "Submit this form" button.

※ Your E-mail address is already registered error message indicates that You already have an existing account. - Please confirm that you have received the "Registration (Account)" email.- Now, You can log in with your email address and password from the "Login" section. 

Step 2: Register for Conference

1.  Once logged in, you can proceed to "Registration"  for the conference.

2. Select  "Name"  and " Participation Category"  You follow under and click  Submit button at the bottom page.

3.  Upon receiving your registration, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.


Step 3: Confirm e-mail

 1.  When you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your inquiry number within a few minutes.

 2.  If you do not receive the e-mail, please contact us by e-mail at:

 3. The reasons for not receiving a confirmation e-mail might be:

 *your mailbox is full
 *your spam filter settings are too strict
 *you typed a wrong e-mail address

Step 4: Payment (credit card only)   

1.  Please complete the payment procedure from the "Payment" section.

2.  You can view your invoice from  "Billing choice for accounting purposes." on the "Payment" page.

3.  Please check in case there is any mistake in the contents.

4.  Your registration will be fully completed once the payment is made.

5.  Please keep the payment confirmation email for your proof of purchase.
