Deadline for Cancellation, Refund, and Payment: 24th April 2026 (23:59 JST).
In consideration of the current global situation and potential uncertainties, the MMM7 Organizing Committee has been accepting cancellation and refund requests since March 16, 2026. Please be advised of the following strict deadlines and policies:

Cancellation and Refund Policy: Deadline: April 24, 2026 (23:59 JST)
If you wish to cancel your participation and request a refund, you must contact the registration desk (okamice_d@nta.co.jp) by the deadline above. No refund requests will be accepted after April 25, 2026 (0:00 JST), regardless of circumstances.

Final Payment and Participation Status: Payment Deadline: April 24, 2026 (23:59 JST)
Any participant who has not completed their payment by April 25, 2026 (0:00 JST) will be automatically removed from the participant list and the official program. Please note that this applies to all participants, regardless of their abstract acceptance status.

Participant registration has been temporarily closed as the number of registrations has exceeded the planned capacity.
Participants who have already completed registration may still proceed with pending payments and may revise or update their registration information through the registration system.

This registration and payment system is operated by Nippon Travel Agency Okinawa Co., LTD. under commission from the MMM7 Organizing Committee. Nippon Travel Agency Okinawa Co., LTD. is responsible for handling participant registration, accommodation booking, and payment processing. How to register

1. For first-time users, please log in by clicking "LOGIN" at the top of this page and typing in your details to create your own account.

2. After creating your account, you can proceed to the registration page for yourself and accompanying persons, as well as accommodation booking.

Important Notice
1) Please finish "Payment" on the left menu by each due date.
For Early Registration: February 2 (Monday), 10:00 JST (UTC+9).
For Standard Registration: April 24 (Friday), 23:59 (UTC+9).
（All due dates are shown in Japan Standard Time (JST).)

2) If you register your presentation, please visit Abstract Registration Page at 7th Mangrove Macrobenthos and Management Conferenceregistration and read the instruction for registartion.

3) After creating your account, if you cannot log in from this page, please contact us at (okamice_d@nta.co.jp). Do not create another account as duplicate accounts often create other problems.

4) After registration and hotel booking, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically. If you don't receive any, please log in and check the reservation details.

“LOGOUT” button.
