Procedure

2. After logging in, you can make a reservation of room. Please click on the menu button to proceed. Reservation and payment can be completed on this website.

3. When you have completed the reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please check your reservation and keep it for your records.

4. For changes and cancellations, please click the "Confirm/Change" button. Change and cancellation can be made online until the due date.

5. Please make your full deposit payment to 'Nippon Travel Agency', the official travel agent, by clicking the 'Payment' button.
