About account registration

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation? 

A: Please, Follow these steps: Create an account ―Login―Accommodation Plan― Choose Number of Guests―Book a hotel―Make a payment.   

Q: Do I need to pay for creating an account? 

A: Admission fee and annual membership fee of the system are free of charge.  

Q: Are there any preconditions for registering an account?

A:You must agree to the terms and conditions of handling personal information of the reservation platform. 

Q:I don't have an email address, can I register for an account? 

A: All the contacts will be conducted via e-mail and You need to have an e-mail address to create an account and make reservations.

*An email address is required to register as a member.


 About Accommodation

Q: What is the difference between a double room and a twin room?

A: The double room has 1 double-sized bed for 1 or 2 people, and the twin room has 2 beds in one room. 

Please select the number of guests in a room when selecting hotels to reserve. 

Q: Is there a child fee?

A: If a kid needs a separate bed, a child fee is charged the same amount as an adult fee. Please contact us beforehand if you are bed-sharing with your kid.

Q: Can I use an extra bed? How much is the additional charge?

A: It depends on the hotel. Please contact us regarding extra bed arrangement

Q: Is it possible to arrange breakfast for food-allergies, vegetarian, halal, etc.?

A: It depends on the hotel. Please contact us in advance. 

Q: Is there a smoking room in the hotel?

A: Generally, Hotel rooms are arranged in non-smoking rooms (in some cases, rooms might be antismoke-deodorized).

If you would like to reserve a smoking room, please fill in your request in the comment column at the time of booking.

However, please note that we may not be able to meet your request.

Q: Can I extend my stay beyond the available periods?

If You would like to extend your stay before / beyond the available periods, Please contact us: at masters_kyushu@nta.co.jp

Note: We might not be able to fully guarantee securing rooms even after receiving your email request, due to the unavailability of rooms at hotels.


 Changes and cancellations

Q: How can I confirm or change my reservation?

A: You can check your reservation details from the "Confirm/Change " menu on the left side of the top-page.

If you want to check or change the contents, please choose the "Registration Number" you like to modify.  

Q: I made a mistake in the name of my accompanying person during the reservationHow Can I fix it?

A:  After logging in, you can edit the information of the user and attendees from the "Edit Personal Account Information" menu on the left side of the screen.

Click on the name of the attendee you want to change and make corrections accordingly.

 

 Confirmation and payment

Q: I would like to inquire an invoice and a booking confirmation slip for my reservation. 

A: You can view and print invoices or booking confirmation slips by proceeding the "Payment" menu on the left side of the screen and click the "Billing choice for accounting purposes" section for reservation details.

Q: I would like to get a receipt.  

A: Please, contact us directly at our email address for a receipt issue. Make sure to mention the details of your reservation in your email.
