3. After you complete the form, you can log in with your email address and password to make online registration or application.
*All the payment is required to be settled online by the due date.

*A confirmation slip, invoice or coupon will not be automatically sent.
*If you need invoice or confirmation, please go to the [Payment] page and click the “View” button under “2. Billing choice for accounting purposes”.
