Application Procedures

✽ To start your registration, please click Registration for New Users.
If you accept all the conditions written on the "Customers' Personal Information Protection Policy", you can start the procedure for your new account creation by clicking the "Agree" button at the bottom of the page.

✽ Your password must be at least 6 characters long and can include letters and numbers only. (no symbols.)

✽ You can modify or cancel your records online from the "Confirm/Change" page until the deadline. Please read the cancellation policy in the "Registration" and "Accommodations" sections.

Registration can be changed / cancelled online until August 12th (Wednesday) 2026 Noon JST (UTC+9) from the “Confirm/Change” page. In case of cancellation after the deadline, please send us your cancellation notice by email.

◆Cancellation Fee:
If cancelled by September 11th (Friday) 2026, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given after that.
