Registration can be changed / cancelled online until Sep. 5th, 2025 12:00 pm JST (UTC+9) from the “Confirm/Change” page. In case of cancellation after the deadline, please send us your cancellation notice by email.

◆Cancellation Fee:
If cancelled by Sep. 5th, 2025, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refund will be given after that.
