How to make a booking
If you are using this system for the first time, please register as the primary user by following the steps below.

Booking condition & Cancellation Policy
You can modify and cancel your reservation through this website until the deadline of May 26, 2026 (Tuesday).
For any changes or cancellations after May 27, 2026 (Wednesday), please contact the Niigata branch of Nippon Travel Agency by email or fax.

Accommodation cancellation fees (Note: This applies to packaged tour contracts)
- Changes and cancellations must be made during the business hours of the Japan Travel Niigata branch office.
- This cancellation fee applies only to this specific travel plan.
Accommodation cancellation fees (calculated retroactively from the day before the start of your stay)
Bookings for multiple consecutive nights are considered as a single package tour. Cancellation fees will be calculated based on the total price, starting from the first night. If cancellation happened after the second night, it is considered a total cancellation of the reservation and no refund will be given.
