With your application on this website, we will provide the letters for Visa application that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.
Please note that the visa application itself should be done at your local embassy, not available on this website.

About the letters will be provided

The letters will be:
1.Invitation letter（招へい理由書)
2.Schedule of stay（滞在予定表）
3.Letter of guarantee（身元保証書) *basically only for people with Chinese citizenship.
4.Employment certificate of the inviting person（招へい人の在籍証明書) *basically only for people with Chinese citizenship.

The letters will be sent in a few weeks if all your information provided correctly.

Procedure for application

Apply Due Date: May 10th, 2024

■Please log in this page with login ID and password of 'Registration Page'.
■Please make sure to finish the conference registration and pay for your registration fee first. The entry of the registration number that you got is necessary when you apply.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after your application.
We will send you the documents in a few weeks.

*Please note that your information has to be as it appears on your passport.
*We will get back in touch with you when the application has been completed, and ask you to submit a confirmation of your flight schedule as an attachment by email.
