How to register:
- Step 1 - Click here to create your personal account in the system.
       *Once you have an account - Login with your email address and password.
       *This account is available for the reservation of hotel accommodations too.
- Step 2 - Click Registration to register for the conference.
       *You will receive a confirmation email after each of these first two steps.
- Step 3 - Click Payment to pay the registration fee and complete your registration.
       *You will receive another confirmation email upon completion of the payment.
- Step 4 - Click Confirm/Change to make sure or change your registration.

* Please note that a confirmation email which will be sent to you upon completion of the "New Record - Input Form" does not mean the completion of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

By September 15, 2018 ...... Full refund of the registration fee.
After September 15, 2018 ...... 100% charge of the registration fee (no refund).


Cancellation before September 15: Login to your registration record and click "Cancel" icon for cancellation process.
Cancellation after September 15: All cancellations and amendments are notified on this website or in writing (email or fax) to Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) during the business hours
(e.g. A cancellation received at 17:31 of Friday will be treated as the one received on Monday of the next week.)
