• Rates are per person and include breakfast for one night (tax and service charge included).
• All hotel rooms will have baths and restrooms.
• Room types:
  Single (Single occupancy)/Twin (Single and Twin occupancy)
  
  
• Minimum party size : one person.
• Please note there will be no guides; guests will be expected to check in/out, etc. on their own.
  During check in, guests’ full names will be asked for at the front desk.
• No waiting lists.

Cancellation Policy

The below cancellation policy applies only to this plan.
Cancellation days are defined as the day on which Nippon Travel Agency first receives
the cancellation request during business hours.

Cancellation fees will apply starting 20 days prior to check-in.
20-10 days before the check-in date: 10%, 9-3 days before: 20%, 2 days before: 30%, 1 day before: 50%, On the check-in date or No show 100%

Smile Hotel Osaka Nakanoshima
Cancellation fees will apply starting 14 days prior to check-in.
14-8 days before the check-in date: 10％, 7-4 days before: 20％, 3-2 days before: 50％, 1 day before and forward: 100％

Hotel NCB
Cancellation fees will apply starting 30 days prior to check-in.
30-2 days before the check-in date: 20％, 1 day before: 50％, On the check-in date or No show: 100％
