How to Get your User ID / Password

①Click [NEW USER] in the upper left corner of the screen and read the instructions.
②Click [LOGIN] and click [Registration for New User] on the next page.
Please review our policy for protecting your personal information. You will have to agree to our policy before proceeding. After you select "Agree," you will see the next page [Personal Information] for registering your user ID (email address), password and other details.
③ After you complete the form, you can log in with your email address and password to make online registration or application.

✽All the payment is required to be settled online by the due date.
　Please note that we cannot accept your payment after the deadline.

On-line Payment (Payable by Visa, MasterCard, Diners, JCB or American Express)

Confirmation
✽A confirmation slip, invoice or coupon will not be automatically sent.
✽If you require an invoice or confirmation, please go to the [Payment] page and click the “View” button under “2. Billing choice for accounting purposes”.

Cancellation / Refund
✽No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after the deadline of early-bird registration.
✽Refunds will be issued to your credit card in two weeks after the conference and completed a one month afterwards. *It is depends on a credit card company.

Insurance
✽Participants are advised to procure their travel insurance, as the Organizing Committee will assume no responsibility for personal accidents, sickness, theft or property damage.

Student : Full-time Students
Please upload copies of your student certificate written in English or both sides of your student ID including your name and affiliation from the Student Certificate section of the form at the bottom of the page.

This is only for family members.

Additional Paper
This is only for the accepted authors who make at least one registration.
If you are the author of two or more accepted papers, you can register the additional one paper by selecting this option.

Please note the following:
* The number for additional paper is limited with only ONE for one registration.
* This additional paper fee DOES NOT include any participation expenses for one person.
* This additional paper fee is available by the Early-bird deadline.
In other words, if a single author submits 3 papers, the first and third papers require one registration for each while the second paper requires the additional paper fee.

[On-line Registration and Cancellation Fees]
This Site will end all of the transactions at the deadline of on-line registration.
After that, please contact the secretariat for the registration or conference support.

No refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever for cancellations made after the deadline of early-bird registration.
