This website sells admission tickets to the EXPO 2025 Osaka. If you are planning to visit the EXPO more than four days after your purchase, you can buy tickets from this website. If you plan to visit within three days from the date of purchase (the same day, the next day, or the day after, please purchase tickets at the TiS Osaka Branch or the TiS Kyoto Branch. We can provide English support at both branches.

Pre-Purchase Information

・This site sells one-day admission tickets (available on both weekdays and weekends) for individuals. The price is 7,500 yen and you can enter once at any time during the exhibition period.

・All visitors are required to register their names at the time of purchase.

Purchase Application Procedure on This Website.

Before applying, please be sure to read the "Personal Information Protection Policy," "Notation based on the Specified Commercial Transaction Act," and "New User" sections in the left-side menu and in the body text.

The application process consists of the following three steps:
Step 1: Register the personal information of the applicant representative
Step 2: Apply for admission ticket purchase
Step 3: Payment

Step 1: Register the personal information of the applicant representative

1. Click "New User Registration" from the "Login" banner in the left-side menu.
2. A page regarding the handling of personal information will be displayed, so please read it and click "Agree".
3. The personal information registration screen will appear, so enter the required information and click "Proceed to Confirmation Screen".
4. You will move to the confirmation screen, so click "Confirm".
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address, and the personal information registration will be complete.

Note:
At this point, the purchase application is not yet complete. Please click "Participant Registration" on the displayed page to proceed with the purchase application process.


Step 2: Apply for admission ticket purchase

If there is only one representative applying:
1. Select the desired admission ticket and click "Proceed to Confirmation Screen."

If there are multiple applicants:
1. Click the "Companion" display next to the applicant representative section and register the names of all applicants first.
2. Once completed, select the user from the dropdown in the "Applicant Representative" section, choose the desired admission ticket, and click "Proceed to Confirmation Screen".
3. The confirmation screen will be displayed, so if you are finished, click "Register (Finish Participant Registration)".
4. If you wish to continue applying for others, click "Register (Proceed to Other Registration After Participant Registration)" and repeat the input process as needed.

Step 3: Payment

The payment screen will be displayed, so please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the payment process.
Payment can only be made using online credit card payment.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot accept other payment methods (such as bank transfers).
In any case, once the payment is made, it will not be refunded.

Process after Purchase

1. Receive the Ticket ID
All admission tickets purchased on the site are electronic tickets.
After your application and payment, Nippon Travel Agency will send you the ticket ID via email within 3 business days.
You cannot reserve the date and time of your visit or enter on the day without a Ticket ID.

2. Register the Expo ID
You will need to register your ExpoID on the official website using the ticket ID you received.
For ExpoID registration, please refer to ExpoID Registration Manual

3. Register additional tickets
If you visit the Expo with two or more people, additional ticket registration is required. For additional tickets registration, please refer to Additional Ticket Registration Manual

4. Reserve the date and time of your visit
To enter the venue, you must reserve the date and time of your visit for each admission ticket.
For reservations, please refer to the Reservation Manual

5. Reserve a pavilion admission lottery
If you wish to make a pavilion lottery reservation, you will need to complete the procedure yourself on the official EXPO website.
