ETS2025 will provide necessary documents required for a Short-Term Stay Visa application※.

To request VISA-related documents, the participant must:

1. Be a participant at ETS2025.
2. Have completed the registration payment for ETS2025.
3. Acknowledge that ETS2025 organizers will not provide any financial support for travel, accommodation, or other expenses related to visa acquisition or participation.

Please send us email about this visa support service to ec_gakkai@nta.co.jp by August 07.
Then we will reply you asking for visa support fee (Only Invitation Letter issued by the conference: JPY1,650 / Set of "Reason for invitation", "Schedule of Stay" & "Conference Program": JPY11,000).
After your payment of this fee, we will issue visa support documents and send them in pdf file by email so that you could submit them to Japanese Embassy in your country.
Please confirm the other required documents by yourself.
