[1] New User RegistrationFirst, click on
New User Registration to complete the representative registration.
Once the representative registration is complete, you will be able to apply for the purchase of advance tea ceremony tickets.
*Please note that if you do not agree to the "Handling of Personal Information," you will not be able to apply. The approval button is located at the bottom of that page. Once approved, you will be directed to the representative information input screen.
[2] Purchase of Advance Tea Ceremony TicketsAfter completing the representative registration, click the ticket purchase button.
Then, select the participants, desired date, number of tickets, and preferred venue, and click the "Go to Confirmation Screen" button.
*By adding the names and furigana of participants from the "Add User to List" option on the right side of the "Participants" section, you can register as many participants as you wish.
[3] Payment InformationPlease proceed with the payment for the advance tea ceremony tickets.
Click on
[Payment] to review the payment methods.
After that, choose either credit card or bank transfer, and please ensure that your payment is completed by
September 30 (Tuesday).
[4] Final ConfirmationAfter confirming the registration details, press the registration button to complete your application.
Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your registration number and inquiry number within a few minutes.
If you do not receive the email, the following reasons may apply:
Your mailbox is full.
The security level for spam emails is set too high.
The email has been sorted into the spam folder.
The email address you registered was entered incorrectly.
All communications to customers will be sent to the registered email address. Please make sure to check that you have received the confirmation email.
If you change your email address after registration, please make sure to update it on the "Representative Information Input" screen.
*Note: The office will not be responsible for any issues that arise due to not receiving emails, so please be aware of this in advance.[5] Changes and CancellationsClick on "Reservation Confirmation/Change" and select your desired alternative date.
Then, confirm the changes and click on "Change Content."
*Please note that some tickets cannot have their dates changed individually. You will need to change all dates or purchase them separately again.
