How to create your account

STEP 1:Create your account
Please click the “Registration for New User” on the top left.
Please read “Customer's Personal Information Protection Policy” and then click “Agree”, and then complete the “Personal Information” on the next screen.

STEP 2 : Registration for Participation
After you log in, you can make a registration from the button on the left screen.
When your reservations are accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to your e-mail address.

STEP 3:Confirmation e-mail
When you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your inquiry number within a few minutes.

*you typed a wrong e-mail address

3)Cancellation and Refund Policy
・You may log in with your registration number and password to reconfirm, change
 or cancel your registered items until the registration deadline. But all payments are
 NON-REFUNDABLE once payments are made.
・After the deadline, please contact us by e-mail or fax.
・Fees for registration and abstract will not be refunded for any reason.
 Pre-registration may not be valid if when your payment is not confirmed by
 October 23, 2020.

You can check or change your reservation through this system anytime you like from "Confirm/Change" page.
When you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail in a few minutes.
Registration fees receipt is attached with the participation certificate.


Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment. Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the Venue.


To amend or delete the registered content, click on either "Edit" or "Cancel" buttons on "My page”.
*Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed, except the Conference will need to be canceled for the organizer’s reason.
