Nippon Travel Agency has been designated the official travel agency for ASPL2025. Here we provide a system for on-line registration and payment.

Due date of Registration and Payment

Early Bird Registration: by Sat. 20th Sep. 2025 (Japan time = UTC+09:00);
Late Registration: by Mon. 20th Oct. 2025 (Japan time = UTC+09:00);

≫ Registraion Fees
　By October 20, 2025 ...... Full refund of the registration fee (minus 3% processing fee).
　After October 20, 2025 ...... 100% charge of the registration fee (no refund).

　By October 20, 2025 ...... Full refund of the registration fee (minus 3% processing fee).
　After October 20, 2025 ...... 100% charge of the registration fee (no refund).

≫ Excursion Fees
　By October 20, 2025 ...... Full refund of the registration fee (minus 3% processing fee).
