Registration Category and Registration Procedure

This is an online registration site for presenters and all who wish to attend ASCJ 2022.

How to Register:
- Step 1 - Click Registration for New Users to create your personal account.
* Capitalize ONLY the first letter of your surname and given name (ex. Doe John)*
       *Once you have an account, you may login with your email address and password.
- Step 2 - Register for the conference.
- Step 3 - You will receive a confirmation email after each of these first two steps.
- Step 4 - Having received the confirmation emails, please proceed to the Payment page.

Login and Registration

The "Apollon" online registration system is secured by VeriSign services.

Your private information will be encrypted using a VeriSign SSL Certificate as protection against wiretapping, falsification, spoofing, etc. by third parties.

  1. 1. If you are using this system for the first time, please click "Registration for New Users" (left column) in order to create your personal account.

    * Please note that the confirmation email that will be sent to you upon completion of the "New Record - Input Form" does not mean completion of your registration.

  3. 2. Logging into this system will give you access to the following operations: Registration, Confirm/Change and Payment,
  4. 3. Upon completion of your registration, please check the contents of the confirmation email which will be sent to your registered email address.
  5. 4. After registration, please pay your registration fee by clicking on the Payment page.

Confirmation email

After completing your registration, a confirmation email will be sent to you. It will include an inquiry number. This confirmation email should arrive within minutes.

Possible reasons for not receiving a confirmation email:
