PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATION
November 9th 12:00 PM, 2024 (Japan time = UTC+09:00)
1. Please sign in after clicking the top left "NEW USER" button, and type in your details.
2. Please login with your e-mail address and password you have chosen.
3. After login, you will be able to complete each of applications.
4. After the application, confirmation e-mail will automatically be sent to you.
5. Please click "Payment" button and select #3 on-line payment. Please follow the instruction with your credit card information. On finishing your procedure, all payment would be settled.
6. For any changes, cancellation or payment procedures, please refer to the left column.

Also the letter will not guarantee to support your travel expenses nor the costs of attending the conference.
Please note it is NOT '招へい理由書(Letter of Invitation)' required for your visa application.

If necessary, ｗe will provide the documents for Visa application that should be prepared by the inviting person in Japan and send them to you.
For more details and applying for the support, please refer to the information button which will be shown on the left column after you complete the registration and payment.
