2) Regulations
  • ・Early Bird Registration is completed only after full payment is made in advance.
    ・Please note that if payment is not completed by the deadline, Early Bird Registration will be cancelled automatically.

  • ・Up to 28 February, 2025: No cancellation fee (full refund)
・1 March, 2025 onwards : 100% cancellation fee (No refund)
