Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by 23:59 (Japan Standard Time [JST = UTC+9]) will be
refunded, with an administrative fee of \2,000 JPY deducted.
Cancellations made after that time will not be eligible for a refund.
The date and time of cancellation acceptance will be based on our business
hours (Weekdays 9:30-17:30 [JST = UTC+9], excluding public holidays).
If you contact us outside business hours, the cancellation will be processed
on the next business day, and a fee may be incurred.
Until July 2: No cancellation charge
(However, an administrative fee of \2,000 JPY will be deducted.)
From July 3 onward: 100% of the fee / No refund
Refund Policy
Refunds will be made before or after the conference after deducting bank
transfer fees, credit card fees, and cancellation charges.
* If payment was made by credit card: The refund will be made to the same
credit card.
* If payment was made by bank transfer: Please inform us of your refund bank
account details by email.
Important Notes
Refunds are not processed automatically.
If a refund is required due to a change or cancellation of registration,
please contact ryo_murozumi@nta.co.jp and include your name and registration
number.
