●Virtual Tour registration deadline: last business day prior to the tour date
●There is no cancellation policy for virtual tour bookings.

●You will get to learn from local experts about interesting Okinawan activities for advancing Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Please feel free to share what you are interested in experiencing and learning more about in your preferred excursion course in the comment section below.

Each course has a set number of participants, so we look forward to your early application!
●BOOKING
For Excursion Bus Tours, each traveler may book a maximum of two (2) different courses. We will contact those with three bookings or those with schedule conflicts to cancel the booked course(s).
For Virtual Tours, there are no restrictions or cancel policies.
●SPNHC-TDWG 2024 Excursion Bus Tour site opens on June 21, 2024.

The following terms and conditions detail the Agreement between SPNHC-TDWG 2024 (hereinafter "organizer(s)", "we", "us", or "our") and participants (hereinafter "traveler", “participant”, "you", or “your”) of excursions listed on this website. By booking an excursion(s) or virtual tour(s) with us through this website, you agree to all Terms and Conditions laid out below.
If you are booking an excursion on behalf of another traveler, you are responsible for sharing these Terms and Conditions. We will not be liable for failure to share these Terms and Conditions with all travelers.

How To Start Online Registration
1. For first time users, please login by clicking "LOGIN" at the top of this page and type in your details to create your own account first.
2. After creating your account, you can proceed to registration of yourself and accompanying persons.
Important Notice
1). If you cannot login, please contact us at miceoka_c1@nta.co.jp
Do not create another account as duplicate accounts often create other problems.
2). Please note that you are responsible for updating your personal information and modifying your registration and/or other reservations. To edit the personal information of your own and/or accompanying persons, please click "Edit Personal Account Information" above the "LOGOUT" button.
※Your personal account cannot be deleted once they are created, but you can modify the information from "Edit Personal Account Information."
★All the deadlines end at midnight based on the Japanese time zone (UTC+9). Therefore, deadlines may end up to 14 or more hours before midnight in your country. Check your time zones.
3. After registration for an Excursion Bus Tour & Virtual Tour of your choice, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you automatically from the system email address. Please check the reservation details.
4. Please click "Confirm/Change" for any cancellation
*Please note that the changes and cancellation through the website can be made before Monday, August 12, 2024. Please let us know by e-mail or FAX, if you wish to make any changes on or after Tuesday, August 13, 2024.
