Q. When will I know my flight schedule?A. You will be notified sometime in May.
Q. When will I receive information about the host family?A. You will be notified about your host family 2 weeks prior to the summit.
(Families requesting to stay together will also be notified 2 weeks prior to the summit)
Q. Can we stay in the same room as family members at the hotel?A. The rooms are double capacity; if more than two people are traveling together, they will need additional rooms.
