Our company will provide compiled participants’ information to organizations such as overseas Okinawa Kenjinkai associations, municipalities in Okinawa Prefecture, and international exchange organizations.

Subcontractors are selected by a fixed criteria, and will enter into contract regarding contents such as the non-disclosure and protection of personal information. - We will conduct necessary training and supervision for our employees regarding the protection and appropriate handling of participants' personal information.
- In the case of outsourcing some of our operations to subcontractors, we will enter into contract with them for safe management of personal information protection. We will exercise any necessary and appropriate supervision over subcontractors to make sure that participants' personal information is safely and securely managed. We will conduct regular checks to assess the Management System (our company's personal information protection measures) and to improve safety precautions.
