1. Collection and use of personal information
Personal information obtained from participants shall be limited to what is necessary to fulfill the use we declare and specify to participants beforehand. In the case we need to use this information beyond the specified use, we will inform (notify) participants of the facts and ask for agreement.

2. Use of personal information
Our company will use personal information obtained from participants for the following purposes.

  3. ③Requesting comments and feedback after participating in the festival
  4. ④Requesting participants to fill out a questionnaire
  5. ⑤Compiling statistical data of our services

3. Disclosure or provision of personal information to third parties
Our company will provide compiled participants’ information to organizations such as overseas Okinawa Kenjinkai associations, municipalities in Okinawa Prefecture, and international exchange organizations.

4. Outsourcing of personal information
Our company may outsource some or all of our operations to a third party regarding the handling of participants’ personal information to subcontractors. Subcontractors are selected by a fixed criteria, and will enter into contract regarding contents such as the non-disclosure and protection of personal information. We will exercise any necessary and appropriate supervision over subcontractors, such as conducting regular checks, to ensure that the participants’ personal information is safely and securely managed.

5. Management of personal information
We will strive to ensure that participants' personal information is up-to-date, accurate, and to take the following measures for its safe and secure management.

- We will take preventive and corrective measures against any unauthorized access to participants' personal information, leakage, loss, or malicious destruction of data.

- We will conduct necessary training and supervision for our employees regarding the protection and appropriate handling of participants' personal information.

- In the case of outsourcing some of our operations to subcontractors, we will enter into contract with them for safe management of personal information protection. We will exercise any necessary and appropriate supervision over subcontractors to make sure that participants' personal information is safely and securely managed. We will conduct regular checks to assess the Management System (our company's personal information protection measures) and to improve safety precautions.
